SaskBarley Commits $107,940 to Collaborative Barley Research

On January 11, 2022 SaskBarley announced its commitment to contribute $107,940 to funding barley research over the next four years. The projects supported were reviewed and funded in collaboration with the Saskatchewan Agriculture Development Fund (ADF) program and other like-minded organizations supporting agriculture research in Saskatchewan.

SaskBarley funding is helping to support three new projects, based on this year’s round of funding from the ADF. We are collaborating with other partners to fund these projects, including SaskCanola, Sask Wheat, Western Grains Research Foundation, Alberta Barley, Manitoba Crop Alliance and SaskPulse.
